ABOUT ME!

At just 17, Ava Grace Nichols balances a 4.3 GPA while excelling in leadership, community service, athletics, and the performing arts. As Miss California Teen USA 2026, she enjoys using her voice to encourage others through service, creativity, and meaningful action.
Ava Grace is a Girl Scout Gold Award recipient and founder of Re-Woven by Grace, a sustainability initiative that teaches young people to rethink fashion through education and community impact. She also serves as a Princess Project Ambassador, helping provide formalwear and confidence to deserving teens, and is a St. Jude Leadership Society Delegate who has raised almost $6,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. A former National Charity League President, she is committed to making a positive difference in her community.
A competitive sprinter, varsity mock trial attorney, SAG-E actress and model, and singer-songwriter, Ava Grace is honored to represent California and hopes to inspire others to chase their dreams with confidence, kindness, and determination.

SUSTAINABLE FASHION
Ava Grace Nichols is a passionate advocate for sustainable fashion who uses her title to merge advocacy, philanthropy, and service in meaningful and educational ways. Through her ongoing work, Ava Grace raises awareness about the environmental and social impact of fast fashion while empowering individuals; especially young people to make ethical, confident, and purpose-driven choices in how they dress and consume. She actively hosts Sustainable Saturday Seminars, where she educates communities on textile waste, mindful purchasing, and creative reuse, and leads Build Confidence Through Sustainable Fashion Workshops that encourage self-expression, self-worth, and confidence through sustainably sourced and repurposed clothing. By combining hands-on activities with impactful conversations, Ava Grace demonstrates how fashion can be both empowering and responsible. Ava Grace is now a Gold Award Recipient for dedication to philanthropy shines through as she transforms sustainability into service, inspiring others to see fashion not just as style, but as a powerful tool for confidence, education, and positive change.
